
Your Ward 3 City Councillor
Andrew is a lifelong resident of Ward 3 and continues to make his home in Coventry Hills, where he and his wife are raising their three children.

For more than a decade, Andrew has been a dedicated advocate for his community - a commitment that was recognized in 2023, when he was awarded the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal for his service and contributions.
​
In October 2025, Andrew was elected to represent Ward 3 on City Council and currently serves as City Councillor. He believes his combined experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors provides a strong foundation for effective, collaborative, and community-focused leadership.​
Meet
Andrew Yule
Career & Education
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, including the past nine years in managerial and executive leadership as Vice President of Operations at SOLE & ReCORK. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple industries, including lumber, oil and gas, and footwear.
​
Beyond his professional career, Andrew has been deeply involved in his community through volunteer work with several non-profit organizations. He served on the Advocates for North Calgary High School Steering Committee, which successfully secured design and construction funding for what is now North Trail High School.
He also contributed to the LRT on the Green Foundation, advocating for the Green Line project, and founded the Nose Creek Preservation Society to promote the protection and expansion of green space in the Nose Creek Valley.
Andrew attended Ambrose University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He also completed studies at the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation, earning designation as a Certified Logistics Professional. Over the years, Andrew has further enhanced his expertise through additional coursework in Construction Safety and Project Management.
