Who to Contact for
Common City Services
The Ward 3 office values hearing from residents. Every email, message, and phone call we receive is read or listened to, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

For most City service requests, 311 should be your first call. The 311 team is available 24/7 and can help with a wide range of requests, connecting your concern directly to the right City department and ensuring it’s added to the appropriate work queue. The information gathered through 311 also helps the City identify trends, address service gaps, and plan future improvements.

If you’re looking for support with non-emergency City services, such as bylaw questions, potholes, snow clearing, or tax inquiries, you can reach 311 easily through the online portal, the mobile app, or by calling 3-1-1.
