Briana brings a thoughtful, analytical lens and a deep focus on community to her work at City Hall. With a degree in Economics and a background in the non-profit sector, she’s passionate about connecting strong policy with real-world impact. After serving last term with the previous Ward 3 Councillor, she’s excited to support Councillor Yule and the Ward 3 team through policy development, community engagement, and day to day office operations.

Originally from the United States, Briana has proudly called Calgary home for the past decade. Outside the political world, she’s a devoted cat lover, happiest near water, and loves a good horror movie.

With a background in photography, visual arts, and urban environmentalism, Jessica guides communications and storytelling for Ward 3, helping translate City initiatives into approachable information that residents can connect with. After spending the past four years at City Hall working in Ward 9, she’s excited to bring her experience, heart, and community-focused perspective to Ward 3.

Outside the office, Jessica is an avid reader, music lover, not-too-shabby baker, and a regular on the sidelines cheering on her son at baseball games (so much baseball).

Jean leads with heart, curiosity, and a deep commitment to community. A longtime Ward 3 resident, she is an advocate who believes every voice matters and that good conversations build stronger neighbourhoods. Drawing on her past experience working at City Hall and her professional background spanning post-secondary education, public health, and the energy sector, she understands how policy connects to everyday life and is passionate about helping residents see how their feedback can shape meaningful change.

Beyond her professional life, Jean loves spending time with her five grandkiddos. A lifelong music lover, she has played piano since childhood and shares that joy each month as a volunteer musician at Bethany Harvest. Jean also enjoys travel adventures with her husband and the magic of exploring new destinations together. ​
