Have Your Say: Help Shape the Future of Nose Creek Communities

  • 1 min read

The City of Calgary is creating an Area Structure Plan (ASP) to guide the future development of the Nose Creek lands. Your input will help shape how this area grows and develops over the next 30 years.

The Nose Creek Area Structure Plan will guide the location of future residential and mixed-use areas, employment areas and community amenities as the area develops over time. The project includes engagement with key participants such as developers, landowners and Rocky View County, and will also feature meaningful public engagement opportunities to capture feedback and key concerns from area residents.

The project is currently in Phase 2: Explore. Public engagement for this phase will be open from June 16 to July 6, 2026. During this time, The City will host both in-person and virtual open houses to gather feedback on:

  • Draft vision statement and core principles

  • Draft land use concept plans
