Calgary really does show its true colours during Stampede, and this year gave us the best reminder of that yet. Ten-plus days of incredible events, warm welcomes, and genuine community spirit. On July 1, Calgarians and visitors are invited to gather at locations across the city to celebrate Canada Day. This year’s free and family-friendly celebration features an Indigenous spotlight and powwow, live music events, and will end with a fireworks show above Stampede Park.
