SPRY Senior Chair Yoga & Social Time - January 22 - April 16

Adults aged 55 and older are invited to take part in Senior Persons Regaining Youth (SPRY), a welcoming program that combines gentle movement and meaningful social connection.

Sessions are held on Thursday afternoons at the Panorama Hills Community Centre, in the Program Centre space on the main floor. Each week includes one hour of guided fitness, along with dedicated social time before and after class where participants can relax, visit with neighbours, and enjoy the community atmosphere.

This round features chair yoga, a low impact form of exercise designed for adults with limited mobility or those who prefer slower, more cautious movements. The social portions of the afternoon offer a casual setting to enjoy coffee or tea, play games, share snacks, and spend time getting to know others in the community.
