Walking Nose Creek with the 239th Northern Hills Beavers

A beautiful evening leading the Beavers from the 239 Northern Hills Scout Group on a hike along Nose Creek.

We explored the local watershed and the natural environment around us, and learned about the Indigenous history and significance of this area. It was a meaningful way to honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Proud and inspired by these young stewards and their curiosity about the land and water around us.
