New Traffic Signal Coming to 144 Avenue NW & 14 Street NW Update: The Mobility team reported that the strong winds yesterday created safety concerns for activating the new traffic signal at 144 Avenue NW & 14 Street NW. As a result, we anticipate the signal to be flashing on Monday, April 27, with complete activation on Tuesday, April 28. Apologies for the delay.
